You will partner with our management team to handle various administrative tasks freeing up their time to focus on site and company goals. Responsibilities

HR functions:

  • Onboarding and termination paperwork and entering data in the ADP system
  • Benefits Administration for Current and future employees
  • Creating and maintaining personnel files for new and existing employees
  • Internal reconciliation of matching insurance invoices against active employees list and researching discrepancies

Accounts receivable:

  • Processing credit cards on a daily basis
  • Posting payments in MAS (Internal Invoicing System) from credit cards, checks, and ACH
  • Generating weekly and monthly AR reports

Education:

  • High School or equivalent

Pharmaceutical Quality Control/Processing Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The full-time Pharmaceutical Quality Control Associate is responsible for completing the necessary quality checks that include but are not limited to ensuring the accuracy of repackaged medications, obtaining necessary approvals in order to move repackaged products to the next phase of processing and other duties as assigned by their supervisor. Each associate will be fully trained on how to review the necessary records as well as how they will review each type of pharmaceutical and/or OTC which could include:

· Oral solids

· Liquid cups

· Vials

· Oral Syringes

· Powders

· Overwrapping

· Kitting

The associate will be trained and will be held responsible for maintaining the equipment, where assigned, on a shift basis which can include cleaning and general equipment troubleshooting. The technician will identify any quality control issues with their supervisor.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· North Carolina Pharmacy Technician Certification

· Ability to physically perform light lifting

· Ability to follow written and oral instruction

· Good organizational skills

· Visual acuity

· Basic Math Skills

Repackaging Quality Assurance Associate I

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In conjunction with other members of the QA Staff and/or Management:

  • Perform data gathering to support QA Department
  • Manage paper audits as assigned by the QA Department
  • Perform tasks associated with QA functions as assigned by QA Manager
  • Complete tasks associated with responses to supplier notifications
  • Report metrics in area of responsibility

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Daily use of UPS and FedEx shipping software. Manual data entry and processes are frequently required.
  • Learns and executes the required in-process product quality checks and document management accurately.
  • Learns and executes Lot Control Form management and daily shipping reports with detailed organization and accuracy.
  • Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and completes tasks in a compliant and safe manner.

Staff Accountant

Job purpose

The Staff Accountant is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures for all phases of the general ledger to identify and analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements and ensure appropriate accounting control and procedures.

The ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment that is deadline-driven is essential.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with the General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP, Company Policy, and other accepted policies and procedures to assure consistency in accounting practices.
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including daily, monthly and annual accounts.
  • Prepare and post the monthly accruals, prepaid, and other Journal Entries needed for the financial presentation.
  • Create and maintain company financial information files updated physical & digital in our system.
  • Expert understanding of Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Cost Accounting, General Ledger, and Financial Statements.
  • Verify receivers/invoices reconcile vendors at month-end.
  • Enter Receivables and issue customer statements at month-end.
  • Maintain Employee files, process payroll bi-weekly, manage employee benefits.
